FAQ’s

  • Yes. Everything at ITERA is 100% gluten free and made in our dedicated gluten-free bakery.

  • We use a carefully developed mix of naturally gluten-free flours and starches, including rice, tapioca, potato, millet, buckwheat, teff, sorghum, quinoa and other specialty grains.

  • Not straight away. Our breads are baked fresh each morning and need time to cool and set properly. For the best texture, we recommend slicing once fully cooled, or even the following day.

  • Yes. We usually have a selection of vegan and dairy-free options available, although these can change daily. Check with the team in store for what’s available.

  • Not currently. While we settle into the new space, we’re focusing on our daily bakery offering. Custom cakes may be something we explore in the future.

  • Pre-orders have specific collection, cancellation and change conditions. Please read our Pre-order Terms before placing your order.
